BABE Microfinance Limited (BML) is a licensed provider of microfinance services in Tanzania. The company operates in several regions of the country, offering financial solutions to micro, small, and medium enterprises. As a microfinance provider, BML plays a crucial role in providing access to financial services for underserved populations.

BML now seeks dynamic, highly driven individuals to join our team in delivering exceptional financial services to our esteemed customers in the following roles:

POSITION: Loan Officer

Role Summary: Assisting customers to obtain loans for various purposes in line with our lending policy and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in social sciences, preferably accounting, banking & finance, business administration, microfinance, or entrepreneurship.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the microfinance industry.
Knowledge of industry legal framework.
Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, and attention to details.
Proficiency in Office Suite applications (e.g., Word, Excel).
