What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in developing and scaling HPC compute or infrastructure products.
• Experience at Principal to Director level Product Management roles.
• Expertise in either high-performance computing, compute clusters, and bare-metal services.
• Familiarity with hardware (GPU, CPU).
• Start-up or scale-up environment experience, with a focus on rapid growth.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate customer needs, market trends, and data insights.
• Practical knowledge of Agile workflows and collaboration in fast-moving teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging technical and non-technical audiences.

• Solid technical understanding of HPC infrastructure, decentralised networks, or cloud platforms.
