Position Overview: IT Support Specialist
We are a newly established IT solutions company in Zanzibar, seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing IT support and solutions to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their computer systems, software, and network infrastructure. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, configure network devices, and deliver exceptional service to clients across various industries.
As this is a client-facing role, a proactive attitude and strong communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in IT, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering reliable and efficient solutions. A driver’s licence is a plus, as travel to client sites may be required.

• High school diploma
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word
• Basic computer networking skills (e.g., router configuration)
