We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Accountant to join our team! This role involves overseeing Human Resources and payroll management, calculating taxes and deductions, and ensuring compliance with governing rules and regulations. Responsibilities :As an Accountant, you will:

• Process and maintain authorized accounts payable and receivables (cash, cheques, wire transfers).
• Administer the company’s general ledger, trial balance, balance sheet, income statement, and reports in line with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Prepare and file statutory returns required by regulatory bodies.
• Develop and manage periodic budgets, cash flow projections, and management accounts.
• Maintain records of company assets and coffee stock.
• Manage the company’s credit facilities and staff loans.
• Prepare financial and management reports to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & SkillsTo succeed in this role, you must have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role with a reputable company.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• The ability to solve problems effectively and make quick decisions.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
• Knowledge of the coffee industry (added advantage).
