1. Restaurant Supervisor
   Location: Krista Park Restaurant, Songea
   About the Role:
   As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be tasked with ensuring smooth daily operations, including monitoring guest requests, overseeing staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service. You will manage administrative tasks, prepare weekly rotas, and ensure that all staff have the necessary tools and knowledge to provide excellent service. 

    

   Key Responsibilities:

   • Complete assignments as directed by the restaurant manager.
   • Monitor guest requests and ensure timely service.
   • Communicate daily updates to all associates.
   • Ensure all stations are stocked and staff are ready for service.
   • Handle administrative duties such as timesheets, payroll, and safety records.
   • Maintain high standards of customer service.
   • Prepare weekly staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage.

    

   Eligibility Criteria:

   • Previous experience in a restaurant setting.
   • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
   • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related field.
   • Strong communication skills.
   • Knowledge of food preparation and customer service.
