Key Responsibilities:
>Supervise and manage the production planning process to ensure efficient and timely production operations.
>Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer demand.
>Monitor inventory levels, raw materials, and production outputs to meet quality standards and production targets.
>Coordinate between departments to ensure seamless production flow.
>Optimize production processes to increase efficiency, reduce downtime, and minimize costs.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the production team, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety and quality standards.
>Monitor production data, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for improvements.
>Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and safety procedures.
>Analyze production bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications:
>Age: Below 35 years
>Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field)
>Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in FMCG, beverages, food, or production industries.
>Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and management.
Previous experience in supervising teams in fast-paced production environments.
>Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
>Good knowledge of production systems, quality control, and health & safety regulations.
>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
