Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Manager at Marriott in Karatu The Maintenance Manager will oversee equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance tasks, and manage the overall maintenance and repair operations of the hotel on a day-to-day basis. The role involves supervisory responsibilities and ensuring all maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications
• Supervisory Skills and Maintenance Management expertise
• Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
• Strong knowledge of Maintenance & Repair processes
• Excellent problem-solving and  decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
• Relevant technical certification or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
