Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Chef at Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The Executive Chef will oversee the culinary operations, menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management to ensure high-quality dining experiences for guests.

Qualifications
• Culinary expertise, Menu Planning, and Food Preparation skills
• Strong leadership and kitchen management abilities

• Experience in creating and implementing culinary concepts
• Food safety and sanitation knowledge
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Culinary degree or relevant certification
• A minimum of 3 years in Banquet operations

This position is open for local/expats, the salary will be 2500$ net in hand with expat benefits.
