Job Description:
Xavala Phone Repair Office, located in Dodoma, Tanzania, is a reputable mobile  phone repair company committed to providing high-quality services since 2022. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Marketing and Sales Personnel to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence, driving sales, and fostering strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Drive sales through lead generation, customer outreach, and achieving set sales targets.
• Manage customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns and events to enhance Xavala’s market presence.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Create and manage sales materials and promotional content for various platforms.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing and sales campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage advertising and content creation for the company’s digital and traditional media platforms.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience by implementing loyalty programs and personalized communication strategies.

Qualifications & Experience Required:
• Minimum qualification: Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A bachelor’s degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or customer relations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
• Creative problem-solving and the ability to think strategically.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing software is a plus.
• Age: 20-30 years.
