JOB DETAILS:
Marua Equipment limited amongst other things is a supplier of Motorcycles in Tanzania, delivering reliable transportation solutions in the country.
1. Education: At least a Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Economics / Administration or a related field.

2. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in management, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
Age : Not more than 35 years

Knowledge and Skills:
1. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
2. Experience in strategic planning and operations management.

3. Financial management skills, including budgeting and reporting.

4. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
5. Ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
6. Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities
• Overseeing the daily operations of the sales, marketing, assembly line, and storekeeping teams.
• Should develop strategies to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction

• Ensuring efficient inventory management practices are in place to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Implementing quality control measures to ensure quality company final MC products.
• Should represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Should prepare financial reports, including sales forecasts, profit and loss statements, and budget analysis.
• Should collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales.
