JOB DETAILS:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• To carry out day-to-day installation, configuration, update and maintenance of ICT facilities and accessories;
• To assist in providing technical support to staff and other users in the use of IT services and equipment;
• To conduct simple repairs of IT hardware and software systems;
• To assist in the backup of the Agency’s data and systems;
• To support smooth running of ICT facilities
• To carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by Supervisor.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Holder of Bachelor Degree in one of the following fields; Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Development, Information System, System Administration from a recognized institution. The candidate shall be required to attend and pass military recruit course.
