Job Title: Project Manager – Eco Resort Construction

Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

Start Date: January 2025

Company Overview: Join a client visionary project aimed at creating an eco-friendly luxury resort in Dar es Salaam. This project is currently in its final stages of conception, with completion expected by December 2024. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction phase, ensuring that the resort is built to the highest standards of sustainability, quality, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the construction of the eco resort, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality parameters.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee all aspects of the construction process, from site preparation to final inspections.
• Implement sustainable construction practices in line with the project's environmental goals.
• Ensure compliance with all local and international building codes and regulations.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Report regularly to senior management on project progress, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications

Profile :

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in construction project management, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• Proven experience in managing eco-friendly or sustainable construction projects is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent knowledge of construction management software and tools.
