Job Overview

The TCRO is responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their experience, addressing their technical needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. This role involves direct interaction with customers to provide and process information about our products and services.
Responsibility
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers to enhance retention.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and immediate assistance as needed.
• Inform customers about products, services, and other requirements.
• Engage with customers considering service cancellations to retain their business.
• Participate in training sessions to develop skills and capabilities.
• Collaborate with the support team and oversee the resolution of issues.
• Ensure all trouble tickets are resolved and follow up with customers post-resolution.
• Document and report according to internal requirements.
• Suggest new practices or modifications to improve company performance.
