JOB DETAILS:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Help design and plan development plans and projects in its area,
2. Support facilitation and access to training on issues of development in its area

3. To participate in the implementation of development activities.

4. To help provide education about independent work in his area,
5. Prepare and provide information on community development work every year a month for the village leadership and for its supervisor,
6. To help create social and progressive groups.
7. To identify and enable poor households to raise their economy through opportunities and resources around them.
• To do other work assigned to him by his Head of work

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Employment with a Community Development Certificate from Community Development Colleges or other Government-recognized Colleges in one of the following fields: Community Development, Social Science (Sociology, Development Studies), Project Planning and Management, Gender and Development, Rural Development, or other fields similar to Community Development.
