JOB DETAILS:
Major Responsibilities
• To receive, interview, and direct guests appropriately; ii. Prepare letters, reports, and other papers.
• To handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Ensure that working tools are in good condition and the working environment is well maintained.
• To receive and make phone calls.
• To obtain a registry detailing records for arriving and departing email and files;
• To convey information via typing, sending, and receiving emails/faxes.
• To maintain event diaries and schedule appointments for and on behalf of the authorized officer/General Manager.
• Keeping records for specific events, meeting dates, meeting schedules, and other related tasks.
• To coordinate and monitor travel and related logistics for meetings;
• To process, file, sort, and retrieve data.
Eligibility and Requirements
• Diploma of Secretarial Studies Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance, Agriculture/Agribusiness/Agro-Economics, Human Resource Management, Information System Management, Information Technology, Computer, or a similar field.
• Computer skills or comparable qualifications from recognized institutions who have passed shorthand (English) at a speed of 80 words per minute.
• Computer competence (MS-Word, MS-Excel, Internet, Email, and MS-Publisher) obtained from a reputable institution.
