Description
We are looking for a Growth Lead to join as a founding member of the team and help launch and grow the user base for FBTC. You will be responsible for leading strategy across BD, strategic partnerships, and communities.
Summary:
- Partnerships/BD candidate for DeFi projects.
- Ideally experience in the BTC ecosystem.
- Fully remote (preferred but not limited to EMEA).
Your Role
- Join the team as a founding member to bootstrap the project.
- Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and forums.
- Own and execute growth/partnership strategies and associated budget for FBTC.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align partnership initiatives with overall company goals and objectives.
- Ensure growth metrics are accurately captured and analyzed to understand the effectiveness of growth initiatives to improve our acquisition spend efficiency.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, advancements, and opportunities within the DeFi ecosystem, ensuring the project remains at the forefront of innovation and partnership potential.
Your Craft
- Considerable experience leading ecosystem / BD strategy for crypto-focused financial institution(s) or reputable DeFi project(s).
- Strong relationships with web3 organizations and previous examples of partnerships built and maintained.
- Proven track record of negotiating and closing deals to drive revenue growth within the web3 ecosystem.
- Able to think strategically as a growth lead and can also execute as an individual contributor to quickly test new assumptions.
- Owned and managed budgets before with a track record of pacing spending in accordance with revenue targets and other goals (CAC, CPL, retention, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across a variety of senior stakeholders(both internal and external).
