The Client

A dynamic startup is employing Distributed Validator Technology (DVT) to improve the security and decentralization of Ethereum staking. This technology provides a straightforward infrastructure for splitting and distributing a validator key into multiple KeyShares, facilitating the operation of an Ethereum validator across several non-trusting nodes. Central to a DAO-driven ecosystem, the organization is devoted to fostering a participatory and inclusive environment

The Role

The goal is to own the node operator experience and ensure the success of individuals and teams operating nodes within our protocol, by supporting existing teams and onboarding the next generation with enthusiasm.

• Proficiency in configuring and managing blockchain nodes
• Experience or exposure to DevOps or SysAdmin tasks, including Cloud services
• Experienced with some of the key technologies we use across the blockchain, cryptography, and distributed systems domains
