Role Description
To prepare systems and implement for smooth functioning of optical showroom
To train the local team as per the standards & to create strong team
To prepare systems and implement for smooth functioning of optical showroom
Implement display guideline as per planned mix with talkers
Issue gate pass for stock return on frame, lens and others
Ensure 100% stock availability of top ten(define top ten) SKU’s (Stock Keeping unit)
Adhere with daily walk optical
Being able to choose stylish and fashionable frames to sell
To coordinate with the respective departments and ensure frames and lenses are not running out
of the stock
To submit the physical stock reports along with EMR stocks to finance department on fortnight
basis.
To check pending orders on monthly basis and submit report to the management.
To reconcile the supplier statement with EMR/Tally and submit the report to the management.
To attend all the complaints received from the customers and resolve them.
To coordinate with vendors for smooth supply of lenses.
Any other additional duties that will be assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Sales and Marketing, or related field
- Retail sales experience, Refraction, Contact lens dispensing, lens marking, lens fitting
- Acting on Emergency Situation,
- Computer knowledge
