The Employee's duties shall include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing and serving beverages to customers
• Maintaining cleanliness of the bar area
• Use POS for ordering and payment processing
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies
• Providing excellent customer service.

• At least 5 years of experience in bartending
• Competent in the required job skills and knowledge, exhibits ability to learn and apply new skills, and requires minimal supervision
• Good communication skills: able to express ideas and thoughts verbally and exhibits good listening and comprehension
• Team player: able to work with others, offers assistance and supports his/her co-workers
• Strong ethics: works with integrity and principles; upholds company values of honesty and ethical behaviour; inspires trust of others.
