The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Lead/Senior Product Designer to spearhead the design initiatives for our new decentralised Sportsbook. This role is critical in shaping a user-centric product that is both intuitive and engaging, harnessing the power of blockchain to transform the gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the product design vision and strategy for our decentralised Sportsbook, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative design solutions.
• Drive the end-to-end design process, from ideation and wireframing to user testing and final implementation.
• Develop and maintain design systems and standards to ensure product consistency across different platforms and devices.
• Utilise user-centered design methodologies to create compelling and effective user experiences.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Designer, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in digital product design, preferably in gaming or related fields.
• Strong background in designing for blockchain-based applications or platforms, with an understanding of the technical constraints and opportunities of Web3 technologies.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and other prototyping software.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction and accessibility.
• Ability to think critically, solve problems creatively, and effectively communicate design ideas.
• Experience in leading design projects and teams with a collaborative and results-driven approach.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, aiding in close collaboration with development teams.
