Since 2015 Sweatcoin and now Sweat Economy have been working on making the world more physically active. With more than 140 million registered users, thousands of partners and a proven ability to make people move more (+20%) Sweat Economy has already become the largest onramp in web3 history. We now working on turning our token - $SWEAT - into the principal unit of physical activity value and building an economy of movement around it.
Role summary:
You will play a key role in determining the interaction and visual components of our product as a Product Designer with a growth-oriented approach. You will collaborate with engineers, QA, and product managers to guarantee the best possible design implementation. This position requires a combination of creative UI skills, a solid understanding of graphic design, and an unorthodox approach to solving user problems.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Growth design strategies that improve user engagement, activation, and retention.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other designers to guarantee that new features are implemented smoothly and to a high standard.
- Spearhead initiatives to increase conversion rates and user happiness by optimising the first-time user experience.
- Use analytics, user research, and A/B testing to inspire design decisions with a data-driven approach.
- Participate in the maintenance and growth of our design system to guarantee efficiency and consistency throughout our product.
- Offer and seek feedback from other designers in order to establish an environment of meaningful cooperation and ongoing education
Requirements:
- 7–8 years of expertise as a product designer, with a focus on growth strategies and UI design.
- Demonstrated mastery of Figma and a strong foundation in information architecture and visual hierarchy.
- A solid foundation in graphic design and a portfolio that demonstrates the range and range of your work in UI/UX design.
- Proven ability to provide designs that satisfy user and corporate needs quickly and effectively.
- Independent and forward-thinking, with a desire learning and a passion for typography and user-centric design.
- Experimentation-oriented, with a willingness to test quick ideas and explore new growth opportunities.
- Knowledge of UI animation is a plus.
