We are seeking to hire a Senior Client service Manager who will serve as the traffic and project manager. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of clients' business objectives.

Your Roles and Responsibilities:

· Lead the end-to-end management of projects, including project planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and budget oversight.

· Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

· Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts and actively pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

· Consistently ensure 100% complete and total client satisfaction

Your Skills

· .Excellent communicator ( Fluent in English and Swahili)

• Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, and has great follow-up and reporting skills.
• Project management

Strategist Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any of these fields: Communication, PR, Marketing (Masters or experience in a similar role and Agency experience will be an added advantage)
