Job Description:
We are currently seeking a meticulous and efficient Cleaning Specialist to join our team. As a Cleaning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within allocated facility. Your attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness will ensure that our environment remains safe and welcoming for all.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough cleaning tasks to uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors to remove dirt, debris, and stains

Dust surfaces including furniture, fixtures, and equipment
Sanitize and disinfect high-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, and countertops

Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors

Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed

Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and steam cleaners

Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required

Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management promptly

Requirements:

Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects
Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
