Our client is a multi-national conglomerate technology business that services some of the largest professional services providers in the world. This will be working in their innovation team with a focus on AI technologies. Given the nature of their business you'll be working at the cutting edge of Information Retrieval, NLP as well as laying the ground work for their LLM strategy.

Your responsibilities:

• Experiment & Develop: Drive end-to-end model development lifecycle, ensuring reproducible research and efficient software delivery.

Your background:

• PhD or Master's with equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 4-5 years building NLP/IR/ML systems from concept to production.
• Proficiency in prototyping with strong software engineering skills.
• Leadership experience in translating complex problems into scoped projects and guiding team efforts.
• Ability to translate cutting-edge research into prototypes, experimenting with novel models for practical applications.
• Experience in agile environments managing uncertainty and ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and data-driven collaboration with Product and Business Stakeholders.
