Lead Community Manager
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Community Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing their Customer Success plan, engaging with our users, and fostering a sense of community within our client's platform. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure our users have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the Retention and Customer Success plan developed by the Team Lead
- Handle and resolve community-related concerns, acting as a liaison between the company and its users.
- Engage with our client's community across various channels, including our messaging platform, and social media
- Address user feedback, feature requests, and support issues, ensuring a timely and satisfactory resolution
- Create and manage community events, such as Twitter Spaces, webinars, and networking sessions
- Collaborate with the content team to develop and distribute relevant content for each user persona
- Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and relevant content across all communication channels.
- Monitor and analyse key community engagement metrics and KPIs, providing recommendations for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with key community members, including Web3 startup founders and partners
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in community management and marketing to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
Required profile for job ad : Lead Community ManagerQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in community management, preferably within the Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industry
- Strong understanding of customer success and user retention strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with messaging platforms like Discord or Slack
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Passion for the Web3 ecosystem and a deep understanding of its trends and developments
