We are currently seeking a proactive and results-driven branch manager to oversee our client's operations.

• As the Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer service, increasing branch productivity, and fostering customer loyalty.
• Your primary responsibility will be to generate growth through effective customer relationship management and sales strategies to achieve the branch's business targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve branch sales targets, increase market share, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate a team of branch staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to optimise their performance.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities and recommend effective strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines to maintain a high standard of service delivery.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders in the Dar es Salaam regional market.
• Analyse financial reports, sales data, and operational metrics to assess branch performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Operate very strictly within the company’s credit policies and ensure adherence to all sales and credit policies.
• Present monthly sales reports to the Country Manager and update the Management on market trends and competitors’ activities, ensuring we are ahead of the competition.
• Monitor the stock movement for both battery & Solar, ensuring that the branch does not experience an out of stock.
• Give necessary sales projection reports to ensure procurement in good time.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and HR, to ensure seamless coordination and achievement of business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
• Proven 3 years of experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of the Dar es Salaam market, including competitors, customer preferences, and industry trends.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Ability to analyse financial data, create budgets, and manage resources effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
