Re advertised Tender For Request For Proposal (Rfp) Of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System Implementation Services

Tanganyika Farmers’ Association PLC invites interested bidders to submit their bids for implementing a capable and reliable ERP system for our internal operations.
1. The system is expected to have the following modules to fit our business operations:
2. Document and Workflow Management.
3. Financial Management.
• Procurement & Inventory Management.
1. Human Resource & Payroll.
2. Sales and Marketing Management.
3. Lease Management.
4. Vendor Eligibility Criteria

Vendor is defined as an independent company registered in ‘country name’ or a consortium of partnership between a local ‘country name’ registered company and local or global services partner. Please provide the following details:
1. Company profile.
2. Five (5) years working experience with similar service.
• CVs of key staff.
1. Proof of statutory or legal authorization to provide the service.
2. Current Tax clearance certificate.
3. Proof of EFD receipt.
• Anti-bribery and corruption policy.
• Quotation of the provision of services.

The eligibility will be seen based on the above criteria and TFA PLC has the right to reject responses not meeting the qualification criteria.
11. The deadline for submission of bids will be on 11.01.2024 at 11:00hrs. All bids will be opened in public on 11.01.2024 at 11:15hrs in the TFA Boardroom in the presence of the bidders or their dully appointed representatives who will attend.
12. Bids not received and opened in public at the bid opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of circumstances.
13. TFA PLC tender committee is NOT bound to accept the lowest bid.

17. For those who had applied in compliance with the advertisement made in the mwananchi newspaper dated 23.11.2023 should not reapply because they shall be considered accordingly.
