The Role

• Develop and execute a comprehensive developer relations strategy to drive community growth and engagement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, blockchain enthusiasts, and industry partners
• Organize and participate in developer events, webinars, and workshops
• Manage a diverse team of Developers, Technicals Writers and Product Managers

Requirements:

• Professional experience as a software developer
• Team management experience from a Crypto, Blockchain or Open-source business
• Proven experience and understanding of community building and advocacy
