Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson. The Salesperson will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing customers to generate leads and close sales within our diaspora desk department which deals with providing services to citizens and non-citizens living abroad. This role requires extensive communication with clients in person, by phone, and by email. The Salesperson must also have knowledge of the real estate market trends and is able to communicate in a minimum of 3 languages namely Swahili English, and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Is able to communicate a minimum of 3 languages namely Arabic, English, and Swahili
• Experience in sales
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Knowledge of the real estate market trends in Tanzania
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
