Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research and customer insights.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to bring products to market.
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to drive continuous product improvement.
• Define and track key product metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products, coordinating with development teams and stakeholders.
• Act as a product evangelist, effectively communicating the value proposition to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• A couple of years proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a start-ups / scale-up / unicorn.
• Strong understanding of product development processes, from ideation to launch.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for technology and a deep understanding of market trends.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
