Responsibilities.
- Perform IT Market insight and IT market expansion strategy development; (IT include Cloud, Storage, HCI, Server)
- Tanzania IT business development, IT director/CIO/CTO level customer relationship maintenance, ensure the customer's trust in Huawei's technologies
- Manage and archive key milestones in IT projects, responding to the opportunity cooking, tenders and writing proposals, identify project risks, resolve project issues, and win the competition.
- Tanzania industry's ecological development, enable channel partners’ pre-sales skills focus on Named Channel partners)
- Maintenance relationship with Industry chain partners such as SAP, Infosys, Atos, Intel, SUSE, brocade (Focus on 2 or 3 main partners which are most important in the year)
- Familiar with AWS, Azure, VMware, Microsoft, SAP, Oracle software technologies and sales experience is preferred;
- Marketing Insights, developing market expansion strategies, Industry's ecological development, customer relationship, Influencing customer on technology transition, IT Modernization & Digital transformation.
Qualification, skills and experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT Technology, Engineering, Telecommunication and Sciences. Additional Degree and qualification of Business Management, Marketing or related qualification will be an advantage and preferred
- At least 8 years pre-sales experiences, familiar with Southern Africa Region ‘IT & Cloud’ market and main industry such as Telco, FSI, public sector and so on
- Should have worked as Customer facing Solution Architect, Consultant, or Product/Solution Manager in previous role;
- Have deep IT pre-sales technical skills, such as Storage, HCI, Server, Virtualization, Application, Cloud, Data Analytics & Openstack;
- Sales experience and excellent sales performance on Storage, HCI, Server & other IT Products & Solutions
- DELLEMC, HPE, NetApp, IBM, Hitachi and Lenovo company work experiences is preferred;
