We are looking for a skilled Global Planner to support the Spare Parts & Supply planning department that provides improvement to the general flow of materials/spare parts within the Service Division. As Global Planner you will assist on setting the right mix of spare parts and parameters in our global warehouse, to ensure the right level of availability of spare parts. This role has a high focus on data analysis and therefore we expected that the candidate has a diagnostic mindset and experience and knowledge on how to work with and analyze big data sets.

How to contribute to our vision

  • Actively manage a product portfolio and ensure desired service levels to our customers while maintaining optimal inventory levels. This includes working with long term demand plans and calculation of MRP relevant parameters.
  • Ensure accurate planning data in ERP systems to drive effective execution.
  • Support the global S&OP process through relevant reporting and summary of supply constraints. This also includes an active role in mitigating risks and reducing customer impact.
  • Analyze supply chain performance to identify improvement potential. Propose actions and convert proposals into projects.
  • Supporting stakeholders across the entire organization and sharing of best practice within the planning area
  • Support and execution of projects within the organization.

  • A motivating team player, who is resilient, responsible, and structured with excellent communication skills.
  • You interact with stakeholders high and low in the organization as well as external stakeholders.
  • You are motivated by providing quality results within the deadlines and are happy to work in a dynamic organization and environment. Furthermore, you are a structured person with a strategic and analytical mind-sed.
  • You can cope with many tasks during the day but still stay focus on details.
  • You have a bachelor or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management combined with a few years of practical experience.
  • Preferably you work as a Planner within a global supply chain setup.
  • Experience with the spare parts business is an advantage.
  • You are a curious and want to learn and contribute to the organization.
  • You are strong on deliverables and implementation being excellent communicator. Moreover, it is essential you have a solid understanding of ERP systems such as SAP.
  • You have excellent Microsoft Office skills, and you are a super user of Excel, especially Excel.
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot or SQL are welcome.
  • It is a big advantage if you thrive in a multi-cultural environment and are familiar with working in large organizations. It is therefore important that you have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of other languages especially Danish or Spanish is welcome.
  • In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
