| DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | I.To assist in the maintenance and repair of Centre’s facilities; II.To assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors; III.To monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned; IV.To ensure that maintenance and repair are done properly and professionally; V.To repair and replace worn out or damaged property; and VI.To perform any other duties relevant to the scope of work that may be assigned by the supervisor. |
