Enzo is a professional sales coach, highly specialised in the East African market. He is currently the sales coach for Absa Bank Kenya, CMA CGM East Africa, Highlands Drinks, the Doshi Group and the Radio Africa Group. Banks, MNOs, FMCGs, media houses, industrial manufacturers and international employers hire Enzo to turn around sales through transformational training and coaching programs. Ever since 2018 Enzo has been the sales coach of Vodacom Tanzania where he trained and developed the retail managers, service managers, enterprise managers, business analysts and territory managers of Vodacom five regional HQ centres. Enzo has extensively served the banking industry having coached over one thousand five hundred [1,500] bankers in East Africa; in particular he has delivered national capacity building projects for ABSA Bank Kenya in 2021, CRDB Bank Tanzania from 2019 to 2020, Barclays Bank Kenya in 2018, NMB Bank Tanzania in 2017 and CBA Bank Uganda in 2016.
