Who are we looking for:
We are looking for a passionate chef/s that can work fast and think on their feet. As souschef you will be responsible for management of demi and commi chefs as well as be able to take charge when the headchef is not there.
What you need to know about Xanadu:
We are one of the most exclusive places on Zanzibar. With only 8 villas and a butler service, our priority is to spoil our guests everyway possible. Our restaurant takes up to 24 guests( in-house guests and bookings only) and the menu changes every service excluding breakfast. We have a vegetable and herb garden as well as our own live stock farm which we use as our main focus on our menus. We also receive fresh seafood daily straight from the ocean, 50 meter away from the restaurant, via our own fisherman.
