I pursued bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness from Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA) and got opportunity to work with World Vision Tanzania at Ibwera, Izigo and Rukoma Area Programmes as Sponsorship and Programs Facilitator since January 2018 to date. I also worked with MATI Mtwara and Naliendele Research Institute (NARI) in 2016 as Junior Survey Researcher conducting household surveys among smallholder farmers.
As a Program Facilitator at World Vision, I acquired extensive skills and knowledge on MS Office programs, data collection, quality assurance, statistical analysis, documentation and reports writing. Moreover, I gained essential skills and experiences on supporting programmatic activities in vulnerable children, experience with mobile data collection, and experience with Management Information System (MIS) software for data entry and management. My three years working experience at World Vision Tanzania include participate in project planning and budgeting, monitoring of project interventions, include conducting regular field visits to observe progress and undertake field verification. Also, collaborate with partners agencies and community members in the course of project implementation.
My personal skills include the ability to multi-task, proven communication skills, team work, fast learner, flexible to different working conditions, and ability to pay close attention to data details.
