I have diverse experience and held progressively increasing responsibilities ranging from Industrial and labor relations, recruitment, staffing, training and development, compensation and performance development to customer services and workforce planning.

In terms of academic qualifications, I hold a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Relations (DIR) from Institute of Social Works (ISW) and Diploma in Education (DED) Morogoro College of Education. Since graduation I have held progressively different HR and Industrial/ employee relations positions that have cemented my academic training into practical business acumen and solid experience – which I believe has prepared me for an executive level position in any dynamic and growing company like yours.
